Serves of the State Burst 3: expressions of interest now open

The Serves of the State (SOTS) Burst 3 expression of interest (EOI) form is now live. If you’d like to be part of it, submit your EOI here.

Key dates
- EOI closes: 6 November
- Participation confirmed by: 20 November
- Burst 3 live: 4 to 28 February 2027
How it works
- Each venue is matched with three distilleries to build its Serves of the State menu, which features three cocktails.
- We’ll aim to keep you away from direct competitors, so every venue gets one light spirit, one dark spirit and one liqueur or “other”.
- You can take part more than once. Distilleries that missed Bursts 1 and 2 will be prioritised, then places are first come, first served, so get your form in early.
- You don’t need a cellar door to participate.
