Emerging Leaders' Program: Shaping the Future of Victorian Spirits

Are you ready to lead the next chapter of Victoria's thriving spirits industry? The Spirits Victoria Association is launching its inaugural Emerging Leaders' Program (ELP) - a unique 32-week journey designed to transform talented professionals into industry leaders.
Running from April to December 2026, the ELP brings together the best of structured learning and real-world experience. In partnership with Swinburne Edge and strategic consultancy Enindico, participants will develop essential skills in leadership, design thinking and project management through intensive onsite learning at Swinburne's Hawthorn Campus – two days in April and another two days in May.
But this isn't just classroom learning. Monthly workshops hosted at distilleries across Melbourne and regional Victoria between June and November will connect you with industry founders and leaders, offering exclusive insights into their success. You'll collaborate with fellow emerging leaders on a major industry project, tackling real opportunities and challenges facing Victorian spirits—culminating in a project team presentation to an expert panel and a celebratory graduation dinner in December 2026.
The program also includes three one-on-one career coaching sessions to sharpen your professional trajectory.
Thanks to support from Agriculture Victoria, this comprehensive program is available for just $1,000 plus GST—a fraction of its actual cost. Accommodation and meals also provided.
The inaugural ELP cohort is limited to 12 participants, and nominations close on Friday 13 March 2026.
