Victoria’s Distillers Launch Vic Distilled

Victoria’s craft spirits industry has reached a new milestone with the launch of Vic Distilled, a state-wide platform designed to showcase and support local distillers while encouraging consumers to choose Victorian-made spirits.

Developed by the Spirits Victoria Association, Vic Distilled brings together more than 180 distilleries from across the state. The platform highlights the diversity of Victoria’s spirits landscape, promotes distillery tourism, and provides a central place for venues, drinkers and industry to connect with local producers.

The launch is being marked by Serves of the State, a state-wide activation running across late January and early February. As part of the campaign, selected venues across metropolitan and regional Victoria are featuring cocktails made exclusively with Victorian spirits, inviting the public to explore the breadth of local production and vote for their favourite serve.

Vic Distilled aims to strengthen the visibility of Victorian spirits at home and beyond, supporting producers of all sizes while reinforcing Victoria’s reputation as a leading destination for world-class spirits.
